South Australia's Riverland enjoys a fruit fly free status, which the South Australian Government is committed to maintaining.

Issues with pests are relatively low due to the dry climate of the region. When pest control is required, we use integrated pest management principles to minimise damage both to the orchards and to the environment.

CostaExchange operates as a grower so we understand the pressures and challenges that face other citrus growers. Our role in managing other farms and supporting third party growers means that we pass on the benefits of our R&D and best practice farming methods.

We work closely with growers and provide support and advice across a number of areas including fruit quality, technical support and market trends. Our team of agronomists, technicians, farm managers and draftsmen are on hand to assist with all aspects of production including nutritional management, irrigation, soil water monitoring and land development.
