Costa Farms play a crucial role in ensuring that high quality produce reaches our key customers, including retailers, independent grocers and restaurants.
It is a priority of Costa Farms to sell the fruit and vegetables grown by Costa Group business categories.
However we are also proud to source and sell produce from many third party growers across Australia. Our priority is to satisfy our customers all year round, and our valued third party alliances help us meet this need. Being at the forefront of distribution innovation is important to us, to ensure our product – sourced locally where possible – is arriving fresh to our customers.
Costa Farms operates from four sites:
- Melbourne Wholesale Market, West Melbourne VIC
- Brisbane Wholesale Market, Rocklea QLD
- Adelaide Wholesale Market, Pooraka SA
- Perth Wholesale Market, Canning Vale WA
Third party growers
Working with third party growers is integral to the success of Costa Farms. As part of our ongoing commitment to people, community and sustainability we also endeavour to add significant value to the businesses with which we work.

The main point of difference that third party growers find when working with Costa Farms is that we too are growers – not just agents or brokers. Because we also grow produce, own and operate farms, we have a real understanding of the challenges facing farmers and can work with them, transferring knowledge to create strong harvest and business innovations.
