CEO & Director
Costa Group
Harry Debney was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Costa Group in September 2010 and is responsible for leading the CostaExchange and Costa Logistics businesses.
Harry has an extensive track record in change management and improving business performance. He is also closely involved in developing the talent and potential of Costa Group’s key personnel.
Prior to joining the Costa Group, Harry spent 8 years as CEO of Visy Industries; one of the worlds largest privately owned packaging and recycling companies. In this role Harry substantially grew the Visy business through acquisitions and organic growth and oversaw a progressive renewal of core manufacturing assets to ensure that Visy had the most advanced technology, and lowest cost manufacturing base in the industry.
Having also previously worked as an Assistant General Manager for Queensland Fruit and Vegetable Growers. Harry has a detailed knowledge and understanding of fresh produce wholesaling and distribution.
Harry has an Honours degree in Applied Science and was awarded the University of Queensland Gatton Gold Medal in 2001.

Chief Operating Officer
CostaExchange
George Haggar was appointed Chief Operating Officer of CostaExchange in August 2009 and is responsible for the operations of one of Australia’s largest horticultural companies.
George also leads all sales and operational activities across the CostaExchange farming, marketing and supply chain operations and is responsible for managing relationships with key alliance partners across all categories.
Prior to joining the Costa Group, George was the General Manager of Visy Glama and the Head of Human Resources for Visy Industries for 6 years.
George has a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws.

Chief Financial Officer
Costa Group
John Harris was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the CostaExchange division in April 2008 and the broader Costa Group in January 2010.
Prior to joining Costa Group, John was Group Financial Controller Australia and New Zealand at South Pacific Tyres (Goodyear Tyre and Rubber Company).
John has a wide breadth of financial management experience across many industries (energy generation, delivery and retail, gold exploration and mining) both from commercial roles and also having spent several years consulting to large public and private companies in Australasia, Western and Eastern Europe whilst working for KPMG.
John has a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian School of Business (University of NSW) and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.

Chief Procurement Officer & CIO
Costa Group
Tony Nobilo was appointed Costa Group Chief Procurement Officer in February 2010. In May 2010 he was also appointed to the role of Chief Information Officer and given responsibility for the management of Costa Group’s corporate real estate.
Prior to joining Costa Group, Tony was the Asia Pacific Procurement Director for Goodyear Tyre and Rubber Company. Located in Shanghai, Tony managed a sourcing and procurement function spanning 12 countries engaged in various operations including manufacturing, distribution and retail sales and marketing.
Tony also has extensive experience in procurement, supply chain and systems management roles in the financial services, higher education and automotive manufacturing sectors, having worked for National Australia Bank, RMIT University and General Motors.
Tony has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and has completed the Mahler Global Executive Leadership Development Program at Goodyear University.

General Manager People & Culture
Costa Group
Maureen Schuyt was appointed General Manager People and Culture in May 2010 and is responsible for developing and driving human resource and employee relations initiatives across the company.
Prior to joining Costa Group, Maureen was the General Manager Human Resources for Kmart Australia, a role that required her to provide strong and effective leadership on key human resources issues and initiatives to support the achievement of the Kmart strategic business plan and the HR strategic people plan.
Maureen previously performed the role of People and Culture Manager for Grape Exchange, a division of CostaExchange, from May 2009 to May 2010.
Maureen has a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Communications, from Monash University.
